CAMP WANNACOMBAC 2022  COVID PLAN

Dear 2022 Camp Participants and Parents,

We can't wait to have you join us for Camp this summer! As Covid is still a concern for some, the following things will be continued around camp.

A Covid Waiver is required to be turned in for every attending member at check in.
Please do not attend camp if you are sick or think you may be getting sick.

Hand sanitizer will be available and hand washing stressed!
Registration, badge workshops, and canteen will be outside whenever possible.
Cleaning frequency will be increased.

The Camp nurses, camp staff, and adult leaders will be diligently watching for people with symptoms of COVID19.  Please realize that discerning the cause of symptoms is not always straight forward.  If the Camp Staff determines that someone MAY HAVE COVID 19, that person will need to leave camp as soon as it can be arranged.  We will have a quarantine cabin available and they will have to remain there until pick up.  THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL.  Parents need to be aware and available to pick up their daughter if this occurs.

Again, we can’t wait for an amazing week of camp! Please be in prayer for all of our Staff, Leaders, Girls, and their families!

God Bless!
