After Registering, your next steps are:
1. Visit our "Payments" Page to pay your camp balance.
2. Visit our "Forms to Bring" Page to make sure you download and bring ALL completed and appropriately signed forms to camp!

​Please Note: If you do not have all forms completely and appropriately filled out, you will be asked to leave camp to complete them before you can check in. Forms may NOT be emailed to camp. You must bring a physical copy upon Check in at Camp!

 2026 Registration Forms
Please note:  Camp Wannacombac has First Aid/CPR trained staff. We also have camp nurses on call at all times, however, a medical facility is more than twenty miles from the camp facility. It is recommended that you choose another camp if you have medical issues that our staff is not equipped to handle. 
In addition, there is a LOT of walking at Camp Wannacombac. We do not allow vehicles to be driven around camp for the safety of all girls, so please keep this in mind before registering!

Please do not come to Camp if you have been running a fever anytime in the 24 hours prior to the start of camp!

A 50% deposit is due by March 31st- this secures your spot!
Camp Balance is due by May 18th
​No refunds will be given after June 1st unless we have to cancel camp!
